Quy định về đặt cọc

  • Tất cả đặt phòng đều phải được đảm bảo bởi thẻ thanh toán ngay tại thời điểm đặt phòng.

  • Đối với đặt phòng giá tiêu chuẩn: để đảm bảo đặt phòng, Quý khách phải thanh toán tổng toàn bộ chi phí đặt phòng ít nhất 14 ngày trước ngày nhận phòng.

  • Đối với đặt phòng giá khuyến mãi: để đảm bảo đặt phòng, Quý khách phải thanh toán tổng toàn bộ chi phí đặt phòng ngay tại thời điểm nhận được xác nhận đặt phòng.

  • Khách sạn có quyền hủy toàn bộ dịch vụ nếu không nhận được đặt cọc trong thời gian giới hạn đã nêu. 

Quy định về hủy phòng

Đối với đặt phòng giá tiêu chuẩn:

  • Thông báo huỷ phòng trước 14 ngày trước ngày nhận phòng sẽ không tính phí.

  • Thông báo huỷ phòng từ 14 đến 05 ngày trước ngày nhận phòng: thanh toán 50% trên tổng phí đặt phòng.

  • Thông báo huỷ phòng ít hơn 03 ngày trước ngày nhận phòng: thanh toán 100% tổng phí đặt phòng.

Đối với đặt phòng giá khuyến mãi:

  • Không chấp nhận thông báo huỷ phòng tại bất kỳ thời điểm nào sau khi nhận được xác nhận đặt phòng.

  • Trường hợp Qúy khách không đến nhận phòng mà không thông báo, Quý khách sẽ phải chịu thanh toán toàn bộ tổng phí đặt phòng.
